Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. A shipment email confirmation will be sent out with the tracking number once the order has shipped.

Australia

Standard shipping will arrive in 3-5 business days via AUSPOST.

Express shipping will arrive in 1-2 business days via AUSPOST.

 

New Zealand

Standard international shipping will arrive within 3-8 business days via AUSPOST.

Express international shipping will arrive within 2-3 business days via AUSPOST.

 

Rest of the World

We currently offer international shipping to limited countries, at a flat rate of $30 AUD. Orders will be delivered in 10-15 business days via AUSPOST. If your country is not offered, please contact us via email for a delivery quote.

 

Returns

In the event that you change your mind or wish to return a product, we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order, given that the product returned is unused and has the original tags and packaging. Return shipping will be at the customer's cost (we recommend using a tracked service). Please send us an email with the details of the return and the tracking number, so we know to expect the return. We will not be held responsible for any lost parcels that are not in our possession.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, our earrings are not able to be returned or exchanged, so please choose carefully.

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or has a defect, please send us details and images to info@ivoryknot.com.au so we can arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.
