Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Ivory Knot.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days from our Sydney studio. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
All orders are sent via Australia Post.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays or due to carrier delays outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Standard or Express Post, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries via Australia Post International services. Delivery timeframes and customs processing may vary depending on your location.
Please note that any customs duties, taxes or import fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure all shipping information entered at checkout is correct. Ivory Knot is not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, once a parcel has been shipped, delivery is managed by Australia Post. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us at hello@ivoryknot.com.au and we will do our best to assist.
